We value transparency, and we’ll never sell or misuse your data, or collect or process any data that isn’t necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us collect anonymised data about how you use the website which can be aggregated with the data of other users to allow us to improve the Site. Google Analytics

When someone visits https://www.scarletassociates.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns through a first-party cookie. We do this to gain insight into our website’s performance, and how our users are using the site by analysing anonymised and aggregate data such as the number of visitors to certain pages on the website, geographic location of our site visitors, average session duration, how users come to find our site (e.g. through a Google search, or a social media link) and how many pages users visit. This information is processed and presented to us in a completely anonymised and aggregate way which does not identify any individual users. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. 

If you would rather your session data is not collected by Google Analytics, you can opt out by downloading Google Analytics’ Opt Out browser add-on.

Information You Provide Directly To Us

When you submit a contact form on our website, we use the Plug-In: Contact Form 7 to automatically send this data in email form to jennie@scarlettassociates.com whose mail servers are operated by Microsoft.

Contact Form 7 does not store submitted messages or any personal information that has been submitted. The information that you provide through your contact form will only be used for the purpose of replying to your query via email or phone if requested and consented to in correspondence.

We will store the information you provide to us on for a period of up to 6 months following the submission of the form unless you engage in our services and we enter into a contract or terms of service agreement. In this case, we will retain the information for up to three months following the completion or termination of the contact/TOS. You can request us to delete the information we store, disclose the information that we store, or amend the information that we store at any time and this will be completed within 28 days.

The information on this database will only be used to communicate about, and deliver the services requested. We will never share or sell your information to any third parties, or send you generic marketing material. 

Third Parties

Other than for the purpose of processing the data you provide directly to us as outlined above, we will never share details you provide to us, or that we collect from you with third party organisations without your explicit consent.

Our Site may, from time to time, contain links to other websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
